Choose by usage pattern

Monthly subscription

For users with consistent cross-border access needs every month. Data resets monthly on the activation date, with 60GB, 250GB, and 500GB options based on actual usage across your usual devices.

Data pack

For irregular usage, lighter months, or users who want to control their own pace of consumption. Data packs remain available until used, never expire, and do not reset monthly.

Monthly subscription

Monthly subscription plans

The three monthly plans differ only in their monthly data allowance and price. Data resets monthly on the activation date; mid-cycle upgrades convert the price difference into remaining days. Check recent usage across your regular devices before choosing rather than relying only on peak usage.

60GB is suited to light, regular access

This plan is best suited to web browsing, document collaboration, email, code repositories, and limited audio or video use. The key factor is total usage across all devices, not the number of devices. Although the plan supports unlimited devices, simultaneous connections from computers, tablets, and other devices still count against the same monthly allowance.

If usage is consistent, start by checking the actual data use of your regular apps. Monthly data resets at the cycle point corresponding to the activation date; unused monthly subscription data should not be treated like data in a never-expiring pack. For frequent large-file syncing or extended HD video playback, compare the higher allowances carefully.

250GB is suited to everyday multi-device use

This plan suits shared use across several regular devices, combining web browsing, online meetings, developer tools, international websites, and streaming. 250GB provides more room for monthly usage while keeping a clear monthly reset boundary, making it easier to reassess needs each cycle.

Unlimited devices does not mean each device receives a separate allowance. Household or work devices all draw from the same plan allowance. If a cycle includes concentrated downloads or high-bitrate video, monitor remaining data in the user dashboard before deciding whether to upgrade.

500GB is suited to higher monthly usage

This plan is designed for users who frequently stream HD video, work with cloud assets, sync large files, or keep multiple devices connected. The higher allowance reduces the need to check remaining data as often, but it is still a monthly subscription: data resets monthly on the activation date and is not retained permanently.

If usage is concentrated in a few months with little activity in others, a never-expiring data pack may better match your actual rhythm. If access needs remain consistently high every month, the cycle boundary of a 500GB monthly subscription is easier to manage. Neither option is universally better; choose based on how steady your usage is.

For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before submitting it, check the current plan, target plan, remaining cycle, and order details in the user dashboard.
Traffic packs

Never-expiring data pack

Data packs are not time-based. They remain available until used and never expire. They do not receive a monthly allowance or reset on the activation date, making them suitable for irregular access or for keeping unused data available long term.

Data pack

300GB

Suited to intermittent use, with data deducted as consumed and any remaining allowance never expiring.

Data pack

1000GB

Suited to long-term cumulative use, preserving unused data across months with fluctuating demand.

Data pack

3000GB

Suited to sustained high cumulative usage, keeping data available until it is used without monthly resets.

The key difference between data packs and monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions provide a fixed allowance for each cycle, with data resetting monthly on the activation date. Data packs deduct from a cumulative allowance until it is used and never expire. First consider whether usage is continuous, then compare the total data amount. Monthly subscriptions are easier to budget when steady access is needed every month; data packs avoid losing unused allowance to a monthly reset when usage is irregular.

Device count does not change the billing model

Both plan types support unlimited devices, but all connected devices share the data allowance of the same plan. When configuring a subscription on multiple devices, remember that background syncing, system updates, cloud storage, and video apps can use data without active interaction. Pause connections on devices that are not in use when you need to control consumption.

Included

Included with every plan

Billing differs, but route coverage, device rules, and client support remain the same. There is no need to select additional options for a particular platform or device count.

Coverage

120+ countries / 160+ routes

Choose routes based on your destination, local network, and time of use. Actual performance also depends on your local access network and may vary by route type and region; test routes against the services you need after connecting.

Devices

Unlimited devices

Configure the same subscription across your usual personal devices. All devices share the selected plan's data allowance, so monitor background syncing and media usage as the number of devices increases.

Platforms

Desktop and mobile platforms

Supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Clients and subscriptions are obtained after signing in to the user dashboard; the marketing site does not provide static installers or public subscription URLs.

Media

Choose streaming routes by region

When accessing streaming services, choose a route that matches the content region. The platform account's region, licensing policies, and local network also affect the result, so route names alone should not be the deciding factor.

Support

User dashboard support tickets

For connection, subscription import, order, or refund issues, submit a ticket from the user dashboard. Include the device platform, route region, and symptoms to help separate billing issues from connection issues.

Registration

No email address required

Register with a username and password. Once complete, you can enter the dashboard to choose a plan, view orders, obtain clients and subscriptions, and submit support tickets when needed.

1000GB data pack ¥358 1000GB Available until used; never expires Unlimited devices Long-term cumulative use
3000GB data pack ¥658 3000GB Available until used; never expires Unlimited devices Long-term high-volume use

How to choose from the table

First determine whether your data usage is steady each month. If access needs span every cycle and monthly usage can be estimated, compare the three monthly subscriptions. Their boundaries are clear, data resets monthly on the activation date, and they suit continuous use and fixed-budget planning.

If usage is concentrated around business trips, project collaboration, or specific access periods, with clear differences between months, a data pack is usually better at preserving value. It is not time-based, remains available until used, and never expires. Keep in mind that a data pack does not receive a new allowance when a monthly cycle would otherwise renew.

Device count should not determine the tier, because every plan supports unlimited devices. A better approach is to total actual usage across all devices, especially video, cloud syncing, system updates, and large-file transfers. Route coverage does not change with price; every plan includes 120+ countries and 160+ routes.

Payment

Payment methods and order checks

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. After you choose a plan, the user dashboard shows the plan name, data allowance, price, and payment option in the order. Check each item before paying, especially because monthly subscriptions and data packs follow different billing rules.

A monthly subscription order should clearly show the monthly price and allowance; a data pack order should show the one-time total price and data amount. If the order details do not match your expectations, return to the plan list and choose again rather than relying on post-payment support to identify the plan type.

After payment is complete, check the order and service status in the user dashboard. Clients and subscriptions are also obtained there. To reduce configuration differences, confirm that the order is active first, then import the subscription using the guide for your platform and test the routes.

Refund

14-day no-questions-asked refund

CeeVPN offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. To apply, sign in to the user dashboard, check your order details, and submit the order and refund request through a support ticket. The Terms of Service define the full scope and process.

Before submitting a request, keep the plan name and payment record from the order page, and identify whether the issue concerns the order, billing, or connection setup. For route selection or subscription import issues, include the device platform, target region, and current symptoms in the same ticket so support can first assess whether configuration changes may resolve them.

The refund policy does not change the data rules: monthly subscriptions still reset monthly on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrade differences are still converted into remaining days; data packs remain available until used and never expire. Understanding these rules before choosing helps avoid a mismatch between the plan type and your actual usage.
